Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve efficiency with simple operation while preventing quality deterioration of an annular body (a belt tread band) 17.SOLUTION: A holding body 32 is connected to an inner end part of a long link piece 39 of a Scott Russell link mechanism and also to an inner end part of a parallel link piece 47 which structures a parallel crank mechanism together with the long link piece 39. Outer end parts of the long and parallel link pieces 39, 47 are integrally moved along a guide body 34 extending linearly in a tangential direction of a ring body 29. Thus, the holding body 32 can move widely along an approximate radial direction line by the Scott Russell link mechanism, and can move parallelly in a parallel state to an outer circumference of an annular body 17 by the parallel crank mechanism.
