Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for hole inspection wherein the amount of dripping liquid dripping down from an opening hole is detected by an inexpensive and simple means.
SOLUTION: A pneumatic chuck 24 is provided for pressing a barrel part 15 of a container 12 with a given pressure to cause an enclosing part 18 to form an enclosed space around the opening hole 14 in the container 12. A pressure sensor 20 displaceable by pressure is mounted on a surface of the enclosing part 18 confronting the opening hole 14. The barrel part 15 of the container 12 is pressed by the pneumatic chuck 24 to detect the pressure of a fluid flowing out of the opening hole 14 by the sensor 20. The amount of displacement thereof is determined by being compared with a predetermined threshold decided from the size, etc. of the container 12. Accordingly, the quality of the opening hole 14 of the container 12 can be inspected depending on whether the fluid pressure is within the range of the threshold.
