Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal computer educational support system which enables an instructor to efficiently instruct students in an easier-to-understand way by marking with an arrow, etc., and underlining the screen of a student's personal computer from an instructor's subsystem by using a coordinate input device such as a mouse.
SOLUTION: The instructor's subsystem is provided with a pointer data generation part and a track data generation part to generate pointer image data and track image data on a pointer; and those image data are put together with image information displayed on the personal computer screen for students, video equipment such as a teaching material presenting device, or the personal computer screen for the instructor to generate a composite image, which is displayed on the CRT of a students' subsystem.
