Abstract:
To address problems in that, in a water transfer technique for an image covered with an adhesion layer, it is difficult to transfer the image to the entire periphery of the side surface of a cylindrical object, it is difficult to bring water transfer paper into close contact with the entire periphery of the cylindrical object, and problems such as interposition of air, position misalignment, and image distortion occur, and to provide a method and device for easy printing even to the entire periphery of a conical article or an article having a three-dimensional curved surface without wrinkles.SOLUTION: A wet type adhesive transfer method of adding moisture to water transfer paper 2 before being pressed against the side surface of a cylindrical object 1 and picking up only an image and an adhesion layer 3 is adopted, and the cylindrical object 1 is caused to rotationally move on the water transfer paper 2 added with moisture without slipping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
