Abstract:

PURPOSE: To extremely improve traction ability and stability by providing a supplementary means such as a nonslip chain or gravel spreader to be coupled with a drive slip control ASR to be automatically used.

CONSTITUTION: End members composed as pneumatic adjusting cylinders 1a, 1b press additive wheels provided with chains through a lever system or a rack-spindle transmission device, for example, to tire side surfaces of driving wheels. The driving wheel thus rotates the wheel supporting the chain simultaneously, and moves the chain to the underside of a traveling surface of the wheel of an automobile to be loaded. At this time, a brake cylinder or a component member 11 of the wheel of which idle rotation is detected by an ABS sensor to be applicable to drive slip control is controlled. Control of an ASR valve is properly composed through electric signal lines 4c, 4d. Applicable actuation of a system connected to the ASR valve or a traction improving system controlled by the ASR valve is conducted.
