This device is composed of a main body 1 of container and a lid body 2, the upper edge part of the main body 1 of container and the lower edge part of the lid body 2 are formed so as to be tightly fitted each other, a through-hole 7 to be communicated with a porous food housing part inside the main body 1 of container is pierced on any one outside surface 6 of the main body 1 of container or the lid body 2 and a three-way switching valve 10 is mounted in the through-hole 7 so as to be communicated with a vacuum unit. Thus, the egg liquid can be infiltrated into the porous food stored in the housing part by shifting the porous food circumstance from under vacuum to under atmospheric pressure.
