Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for jointing a planetary gear carrier of an automatic transmission capable of improving merchantability and productivity by welding the planetary gear carrier and a clutch hub without using an electron beam welder in the method and device for jointing the clutch hub to the side portion of the planetary gear carrier of the automatic transmission.
The jointing device 1 comprises a lower electrode 4 provided on a tubular basement 3, an upper electrode 2 integrated with an upper pressurized cylinder 5 and a core electrode 7 which can be movable by an air cylinder 6.
