In a storage device 13, examination data (a) on an examinee to be examined is stored and held. The examination data which is stored and held includes individual information (b) on the examinee having obtained an examination result together with examination result information. The individual information (b) is identification information regarding the examinee individual such as the ID number, the name, sex, birthday, etc., and the examination result information is examination result data regarding the examinee when the examinee has various examinations for recording an electrocardiogram waveform, etc., at, for example, medical facilities. When the examinee information is saved, data composed of only the individual information (b) are extracted from examination data including the individual information (b) and examination result information inputted to a saving management part 11 and saved as an individual information group (c) in the storage device 13.
