To provide technologies for easily manufacturing highly concentrated carbonated hot spring water by a miniaturized and simple device, capable of preventing the decline of temperature of hot water, and permitting easy maintenance of the device.
The device of manufacturing carbonated hot spring water comprises: an air-tight tank 1; a water feeding means 2 for feeding water to the air-tight tank 1; a carbon dioxide gas feeding means 5 for feeding pressurized carbon dioxide gas to the air-tight tank 1; a carbonated hot spring water feeding means 23 for taking out the carbonated hot spring water generated in the air-tight tank 1; a water level monitoring means 10 for detecting that the water surface W in the air-tight tank 1 is at a prescribed level to stop the supply by the water feeding means 2; an agitating means 14 for taking the carbon dioxide gas on the water surface W in the air-tight tank 1 into water and agitating the water; and a carbon dioxide gas releasing means 21 for releasing the carbon dioxide gas in the space 19 over the water surface W in the air-tight tank 1 to the outside.
