PURPOSE: To manufacture the metallic spiral coil pipe having high accuracy by driving mutually a take-up roller and a bending roller in the opposite directions, bending a metallic straight pipe, while guiding it by a guide groove of the bending roller and winding it spirally to the outside peripheral surface of the take-up roller.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of manufacturing a metallic spiral coil pipe 11, the inside of a metallic straight pipe 10 is filled with metallic sand or a freezeable liquid and it is frozen. Subsequently, one end part of the metallic straight pipe is detained so as to be attachable and detachable to and from a detaining part of a take-up roller 5, and also, the part continued from one end part of the metallic straight pipe is fitted into a guide groove 42 of a bending roller 4. In such a state, when the take-up roller and the bending roller are driven to rotate by a driving means, the metallic straight pipe is bent by the take-up roller and the bending roller 4. In that case, it is molded in a prescribed spiral shape by the guide groove of the bending roller, and molded and wound to the prescribed inside diameter by the outside peripheral surface of the take-up roller, by which the metallic spiral coil pipe can be manufactured.
