Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for manufacturing powder and grain using a new liquid raw material and a device for manufacturing powder and grain capable of obtaining powder and grains of few millimeter grain diameter by obtaining fine grain frozen materials of few millimeter grain diameter from liquid raw materials with high flowability and drying them, without a larger device.
SOLUTION: A massive frozen material H obtained by freezing a liquid raw material L into mass under a vacuum condition, is formed into a fine grain frozen material P of constant grain diameter using a cracking machine 54A or a particle size selector 54. Then, the fine grain frozen material P is inserted, sublimated and dried in a vacuum dryer, so as to obtain powder and grain G with grain diameter of a few millimeter order and approximately constant grain diameter.
