PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a dimensional accuracy of a periphery 17 of a positioning bush 16 after turning.
SOLUTION: An outer ring 6 and a hub 8a are rotated in different rotation speeds by a chuck 37 and a spindle 41 respectively. Under this situation, the periphery 17 is turned off by applying a cutting tool 43a to the periphery 17 of the positioning bush 16.
