Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method for measuring rotation speed by possessing the auxiliary control loop of the stability of the loop gain of multiplication control on one hand and that of a primary control loop on the other hand in addition to the control loop of reregulation of a phase modulation device.
CONSTITUTION: A signal udet generated in a photoelectric detector Det is supplied to.an amplifier stage 1 accompanying a regulative gain a0, digitized with an A/D converter 2, and supplied to a digital evaluation circuit 3. The evaluation circuit 3 generates an output signal yDA, is converted into analog voltage with a D/A converter 4, and supplied to a phase modulation device P after a regulative gain ax is multiplied. Voltage supplied with an auxiliary D/A converter 8 by reference voltage input 9 of multiplication D/A converters 4, 5 is utilized. The evaluation circuit 3 supplies an output variable yΩ for rotation speed, an output variable ya0 for the gain a0 of a regulative input branch through reference input 10, and an output variable y1 for the gain a 1 of multiplication D/A 4, 5 of an output branch. A processor 7 regulates rotation speed Ω(t) and the gains a0, a1 from variables yΩ, ya0, ya1, and calculates a digital signal influencing an amplifier stage 1 or 5 assigned through an auxiliary converter 6 or 8.
