Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce dead time by transporting smoking bars or boiling bars supported in a horizontal state to a standby station and gathering them in a smoking truck or a boiling truck. CONSTITUTION: The smoking bar or the boiling bar 2 housed in a magazine 1 is supplied through two blocking levers 30 and 31 onto supporting levers 23 and 24, the levers 23 and 24 are rotated to a release position by driving power cylinders 25 and 26 and the hanging ring of sausage 33 is passed through the bar 2' and suspended by a suspension hook 34. Then, the cylinders 25 and 26 are operated and the levers 23 and 24 are returned to a supporting position. Then, after rotating a crank lever 27 to the release position by the driving power cylinder 29, a driving motor 32 is rotated, crank arms 11-14 are moved to a left part by distance beams 5 and 6 fixed to supporting elements 7-10, the notches of the beams 5 and 6 and the notches of supporting beams 3 and 4 are overlapped and then, the beams 5 and 6 are lifted and displaced for one pitch of the notch.
