Abstract:
To provide a system, a method, a device and other methods for automatically calculating and predicting a scheduled discharge date from electronic medical records, individual data and DPC information.SOLUTION: This invention extracts hospitalization information, patient information, DPC information, and medical/nursing necessity information data from electronic medical records; processes the data to generate derived data for a plurality of variables; generates a decision tree model for the plurality of variables using a CHAID algorithm based on the generated derived data and the like; and outputs predictive variables by inputting a newly created electronic medical record into the generated decision tree model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
