PURPOSE: To perfom press working of plural working processes in a single working device to reduce costs of dies, installations, factory floores and power by locating one of different types of dies placed on a circular line selectively as opposed to a common die to perform a press working.

CONSTITUTION: A blank 19 to be formed is inserted into a through hole of a die 16, and a punch holder 58 is rotated to make a first punch 6 to oppose to the die 16. In this state a press operating device is actuated and a slide 14 is depressed, and the blank 19 is bitten between the first punch 62 and die 16 and worked preliminarily to complete the the first pressing stage. Next the slide 14 is raised and a rotary actuater 54 rotates a output shaft in a prescribed sequence to make the second special die 64 or another different die to oppose to the die 16. In this state the slide 14 is again depressed by a command of a controller, and the working of the next stage is performed between the second punch 64 and die 16.
