Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the process controller which correctly discriminates the timing of switching or combine use between feedback control and feed forward control.
CONSTITUTION: A fuzzy inference means 13 is provided which discriminates the timing, at which the output of a feed forward control system 11 or a feedback control system 12 should be used by switching or outputs of systems 11 and 12 should be used in combination, by fuzzy inference. Since this timing is discriminated by fuzzy inference, a rule that feed forward control is used in the case of request for adaptability to the large-amplitude target value change or the like and feedback control is used in the case of approximation of the deviation in the steady state to zero can be built in the controller itself, and a good controllability is obtained in any state without troubling an operator.
