PURPOSE: To provide a compact photographic processing device capable of realizing plural processing stages of photographic material.

CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a supporting means for supporting the photographic material 32 which should be processed, at least one container 24 or 26 for holding a processing solution, a control means for applying the processing solution to the material 32 and connected to the containers 24 and 26, and a control means 28 for controlling an applying means so as to provide the appropriate quantity of processing solution; and the applying means 28 is equipped with at least one applying element 12 or 14 and valve means 20 and 22. At least one orifice 16 or 18 is formed on the elements 12 or 14, and the processing solution passes through the orifices 16 and 18 and is discharged to be applied to the material 32. The flow rate of the processing solution passing through the orifices 16 and 18 is controlled by the valve means 20 and 22.
