Abstract:

To provide a method and device for economically producing electronic circuit elements such as IC chips or the like by means of a roll-to-roll rotary printing method using functional ink.

The method for producing electronic elements using the roll-to-roll rotary printing method comprises steps: the step of injecting the functional ink 2 into the forming groove 23a of a forming roll 23, the step of removing the functional ink 2 stuck to the surface of the forming roll 23, the step of drying the functional ink 2 injected into the forming groove 23a, the step of transferring the drying surface of the functional ink 2 onto the printing roll 23, the step of drying the functional ink 2 transferred onto the printing roll 26, the step of transferring the functional ink 2 on the printing roll 26 onto a flexible printing sheet 1, and the step of winding the printing sheet 1 on which electronic circuits are printed.
