To simplify the disposal of waste materials comprising a plastic, a synthetic fiber, paper, a material including raw garbage or the like, a waste product, a document and a card; to safely carry out pressure crushing, volume reduction by heating, and dewatering and drying; and to recycle the waste materials by forming or by converting the same into a waste fuel, a mat for farming, forestry and gardening, and a substitute for compost or the like.
The waste materials are thermally improved under pressure, reduced in volume by heating or crushed, and sorted. The pressure face of a waste disposal device is moved with a rope winding mechanism using a weight, a winch, a roll, a pulley, a weight-driven power, and a handle, or is manually moved. Thereby the device can be made small and simple. The pressure face is lifted up to the opening and closing lid when opening the charge opening, or, in the case of a hinge-type device, the pressure surface is moved in the crossing direction of the charge opening for sweeping and pressurization. The waste materials are reduced in volume, or formed, or processed in a vertical or horizontal heating and pressurizing chamber at a brittle temperature selected from temperatures of 60-250 °C depending on a recycling application while preventing deterioration or dry distillation.
