PURPOSE: To establish a contact resistance vibration reducing method and provide a device for it to be used in an electromagnetic relay or connector, with which it is feasible to reduce the contact resistance without increasing the contact force of the contact.
CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic relay 1 brings about contacting of opening/ closing contacts 2a, 2b by means of electromagnetic effect of a control coil 3 which comes in contact with a DC power supply 6. An adder circuit 5 is put in series to a parallel circuitry of the DC power supply and an oscillator circuit 7 so that a control circuit 4 is formed, which is connected with the control coil 3. The contact insulation film is destructed by forced vibration, and the contact resistance is reduced.
