A guide ring 6 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the reeling thread bundle 1 is integrally formed with the fixed reel frame 2 at a reeling thread drawing side 1a, and the connected reeling threads 1a of the plural reeling thread bundles 1 are guided by the guide ring 6, and drawn in a direction crossing a winding direction of the reeling thread bundle 1 and formed into a cheese 8. A burden to be applied to the reeling thread 1a is thereby reduced to enable the high-speed operation.
