Abstract:
To provide a contact tip regenerating method and a contact tip regenerating device capable of regenerating the contact tip with excellent accuracy and by continuously performing a regenerating step.
A contact tip 800 is inserted into a die 30 fixed to a lower die 70, a punch 50 comprising an outer punch 51 and an inner punch 53 faces the upper surface of the contact tip 800, a guide bar 40 fitted to the inner punch 53 is inserted into the contact tip 800 while the contact tip 800 is pressed by the punch 50 to press the outer circumferential surface of the contact tip 800. Thus the worn guide hole 821 of the contact tip 800 is restored to that of the initial diameter to regenerate the contact tip 800.
