A supporting shaft 16 is engaged with a bearing hole 4e. A pressing mechanism 17 gives braking to the rotation of a spool 4 by pressing the spool 4 in an axial direction by the supporting shaft 16. A driving shaft 20a is engaged with the key groove of the spool where the rotation is braked while being rotated by a motor 20. When the connection of the spool and the driving shaft 20a is completed, the supporting shaft 16 is slightly retreated, so that rotation braking given to the spool is released. The driving shaft 20a is turned while holding the spool at a constant take-up position by both shafts of the supporting shaft 6 and the driving shaft 20a, so that the photographic film 7 is rolled in.
