Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print fine patterns and narrow pitch patterns by screen process printing with a high precision by aligning a circuit substrate to a screen form plate based on a circuit substrate move quantity and a position correction quantity.
SOLUTION: An image processor 16 calculates a position correction quantity for correcting a position of a stage section 3 based on a position of an open pattern of a screen form plate and a position of a land pattern of a circuit substrate recognized through the open pattern so as to make the open pattern and the land pattern coincide with each other. An NC section 15 drives an X-shaft motor 9, a Y-shaft motor 10, and a θ-shaft motor 11 based on a move quantity obtained by adding the position correction quantity to a move quantity in the directions of X, Y and θ so as to move the stage section 3 in the directions of X, Y, and θ and align the circuit substrate to the screen form plate.
