To provide a powder and granular material seal packaging method capable of effectively avoiding separation and segregation of the powder and granular material by suppressing movement of the powder and granular material inside a packaged bag in which the powder and granular material is bagged in a packaging material a state the peripheral part is sealed.
In a powder and granular material seal packaging method to bag powder and granular materials 30 and 31 in a packaging material 11 whose peripheral part is sealed by feeding the powder and granular materials 30 and 31 via a movable chute 14 vertically coming in/going out from contact portions of seal rolls 12 and 12 while continuously feeding and performing heat-fusion of the film-like packaging material 11 to the pair of seal rolls 12 and 12 having plurality of recesses 16 in an outer peripheral surface and continuously rotated in a contact condition, a secondary seal 21 is provided at a position to partition a head space portion 18 of a packaging 17 from a powder and granular material filling portion 19 by the secondary seal rolls 20 and 20 provided immediately below the pair of seal rolls 12 and 12.
