PURPOSE: To prevent a system from running down due to the concentration of queues into a specific transaction and to prevent the increase of the unused time of a CPU.
CONSTITUTION: This load smooth control device is provided with a means 520 for forming queues corresponding to respective transactions, a means 540 for recognizing loads corresponding to respective transactions and determining the priority order of the loads, a means 560 for forming the queues of all transactions based upon the priority order, and a means for storing queues having ended processing out of the queues corresponding to respective transactions and judging whether the end of a transaction in processing is valid or not. Even when plural queues are concentrated into a specific transaction, its corresponding processing can be attained when it is included within the performance range of a computer and the processing of various transactions in the order of requests can be guaranteed.
