Concerning this method with which the group of fruit trees 1 is surrounded by sheet houses A, B, (n) formed from frame members composed of main longitudinal poles 2, main lateral poles 3 and arcuate ceiling poles 7, etc., and the vinyl sheet is spread over the upper surfaces of ceiling poles 7 of the sheet houses A, B, (n), a band string 16 for replacement rail to be freely fastened/unfastened and a guide string 18 to be freely moved from side to side are bridged at the upper parts of sheet houses A, B, (n). After the vinyl sheet having the width of the ceiling pole 7 is coupled with the guide string 18, it is slid on the upper surface of the fastened band string 16 for rail and guided to the upper parts of respective sheet houses A, B, (n) and by unfastening the band string 16 for rail, the vinyl sheet is bound over the upper surface of the ceiling pole 7.
