Abstract:

To provide a device and a method for sterile filling, which needs as little energy and/or produces as little wastewater as possible, while allowing as rapid as possible sterilization.

The device for the sterile filling of liquids in bottles, includes a sterilizer 9 which is used to sterilize the bottles 7 with H₂O₂, a filler 11 which is used to fill the bottles, a closing device 11 which is used to apply a closing lid such as, for example, a closing cap 15, and has structure to set the temperature of the bottle whereby condensation of the H₂O₂ on the surface of the bottle is prevented. Also, the method for sterile filling of liquids in bottles comprises the steps of the bottles are sterilized with H₂O₂, then filled and closed. During sterilization, the bottles have such a temperature that condensation of the H₂O₂ is prevented on the surface of the bottles.
