Abstract:
PURPOSE: To supply aluminum chips certainly to a vacuum evaporator.
CONSTITUTION: A feeding means 15 feeds an aluminum wire 11 in specified lengths, and a cutting means 17 forms aluminum chips by cutting the fed wire 11. An aluminum chip input means 23 makes location by engagement by the vacuum evaporator side, receives aluminum chips one by one, and puts them into the vacuum evaporator. It is possible to receive aluminum chips by the means 23 and put into the vacuum evaporator certainly one by one.
