PURPOSE: To supply a photosensitive planographic printing plate to an exposing device without contacting with its photosensitive surface.

CONSTITUTION: A printing plate placing table 38 where a printing plate 20 whose photosensitive surface faces downward is laminated is loaded in a supply device 100. Plural suckers 112 and 140 are opposed to the supporting frame 110 of a sheet device 102 on the upper surface of the printing plate. The printing plate 20 on the uppermost layer 20 are sucked, held and lifted by the suckers 112 and 140. An inverting device 104 is provided adjacently to the device 102, and a sucker 222 is attached to a supporting shaft 212 which is rotatably supported by a pair of side plate members 210. The printing plate 20 lifted by the device 102 is sucked, held and transferred by the sucker 222. Thereafter, the shaft 212 moves along the width direction of the printing plate 20 and further rotates by 180° in a direction shown by an arrow C to invert the printing plate 20.
