Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply technology capable of supplying power with high reliability to a rotary electrode without suffering from a grinding liquid mist or sludge in a grinding apparatus of a type in which truing or dressing is carried out by electrical action.
SOLUTION: A rod conductive member 30 is used which is covered with a non-conductive material. The leading end part 30a of the rod conductive member 30 is electrically and integrally connected to the grinding wheel 3, and the base end part 30b is positioned at a separated location where it does not suffer from the grinding liquid or sludge scattered at a processing part of a grinding machine through the inside of a rotating main shaft 10 of the grinding wheel 3 to supply power to the bar conductive member 30 by an power supply brush 31 at the separated location.
