To provide a method and a device for supporting a load training in which a patient can be trained in the daily walking condition and an appropriate load can be applied, and a recording medium in which a load training support program is recorded.
The load training supporting device comprises a pressure sensor part 1 to measure the pressure distribution, an area detection part 2 to segment the presence area of a foot based on the pressure distribution from the pressure sensor part 1, a load calculation part 3 to calculate the load value from the sum of the pressure values based on the pressure distribution of the foot presence area segmented by the area detection part 2, a target value storage part 4 to store the necessary information such as the target value of the load, and an information indication part 5 to indicate the information to adjust the body motion so that the measurement value is brought close to the target value by comparing the measurement value to be outputted from the load calculation part 3 with the target value to be outputted from the target value storage part 4.
