Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for suppressing parasitic signals in a coaxial cable.
A method for suppressing parasitic signals caused by an external electric field and a device for transmitting the parasitic signals 8 in both of an internal conductor 3 and sheath conductor 4 of a cable are presented. The parasitic signals 8 are detected on the sheath conductor 4, the phase and/or amplitude of the detected parasitic signals 8 is adapted to the parasitic signals in the internal conductor 3 and they are removed from entire signals 9 composed of valid signals 7 and the parasitic signals 8.
