Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable fine adjustment of speed by converting the speed ratio of the vertical movement of an upper table against a treading speed into a required control value, amplifying it to the electric value and outputting it to a driving motor.
CONSTITUTION: The upper table 7 is freely movable vertically by means of a ball screw 3 and the driving motor 5. Oppositely to a male die 9, a female die 11 is provided on a lower table 13, and a work is bent. Then, the treading speed of a foot-operated pedal is detected, and the speed ratio of the vertical movement of the upper table 7 is set against the treading speed. This speed ratio is converted into the prescribed control value. This required control value is amplified to the required electric value, and outputted to the driving motor 5. Consequently, the device is safe, capable of arbitrarily setting speed change, excellent in workability, and productivity is improved.
