PURPOSE: To reliably convey many parts by supporting electronic parts on a state where they are housed in conveying trays and taking out parts one by one from different trays by a pick-up mechanism when the electronic parts are transferred to a printed circuit board.

CONSTITUTION: Parts 18 to be transferred are moved to delivery positions 19 along a supply track 17 in a state where they are housed in conveying trays 5. Positioning of the conveying trays 5 is performed in the delivery positions 19, and the parts 18 are taken out one by one from the conveying trays 5 in the specified order. At the time when the conveying tray 5 emptied, it is moved along a discharge track 16 and discharged, and a new conveying tray 5 housing parts is moved to the delivery position 19 by a supplying/discharge mechanism 3. A pick-up mechanism 7 is moved along a moving locus 43 of a support 15 after pick-up elements 9a' to 9k' takeout the parts 18 one by one from conveying trays 5a to 5k, the parts 18 are set in the desired positions on supports 15a" to 15k", and the transferring cycle is completed.
