PURPOSE: To cleanly and easily remove tight oil dirt and roast residue by utilizing the washing liquid which consists of the mixture of water, inorganic and/or organic alkali, a nonionic and anionic surfactant and a polyalcohol-based solvent at a specified rate and performing ultrasonic wave washing.
CONSTITUTION: Washing liquid is prepared by mixing 15-25% inorganic and/or organic alkali, 1-1.5% nonionic and/or anionic surfactant and 8-12% polyalcohol- based solvent with prescribed amount of water. Further, a middle vessel 6 is freely detachably engaged with the inside of the washing vessel 5 of an ultrasonic washer equipped with a high-frequency oscillator 2 while holding the prescribed space. Moreover, ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the washing liquid in the middle vessel 6 with nearly no loss via water W filled in this space. The washing liquid is introduced into this middle vessel 6 and the material H to be washed such as iron plate for a meat roaster is immersed in the washing liquid. Ultrasonic wave is transmitted to the washing liquid in the middle vessel 6 via a vibration plate 4.
