Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for very simply and quickly working a pipe material such as an anchor bolt from a solid body through a series of processes.
CONSTITUTION: A method and device for working a pipe material comprises a process for shearing a solid metallic wire 2, a process in which a sheared solid metallic wire piece 21 is bored in the axial direction to form a bottomed metallic cylindrical body 3, a cutting process in which the bottomed metallic cylindrical body 3 is cut in the axial direction from the opened end to an arbitrary part so as to form an arbitrary number of petal 32 parts, a process for correcting the opened petal 32 parts in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 4, and a process for removing the bottom part 41 of the corrected bottomed metallic cylindrical body 4a.
