Abstract:

PURPOSE: To execute a die casting even in the case of a product having thin thickness without any trouble and to obtain the product having excellent quality by injecting after heating a massive raw material by wrapping with a heat resistant metal foil or inserting in a heat resistant metal foil-made tray.

CONSTITUTION: The massive raw material for one time of the injection is wrapped with the heat resistant metal foil or put into the heat resistant metal foil-made tray and heated, then is injected. By this method, the heat resistant metal foil functions as a vessel for the raw material and when case the raw material is solid-liquid coexisting zone as a matter of course, even when the quantity of liquid phase in 100%, this is in a molten state, the raw material can easily be carried from a heating device to a gate part in the die and the heat resistant metal foil protects the raw material, and the oxidation of the raw material, the mixture of foreign matter into the raw materials, the entrapping of gas, etc., are prevented. By this method, the uniform structure having excellent quality is obtd. also the yield and the productivity can be improved.
