To provide a method for efficiently filtering an antibody-containing milk to almost completely remove the sundry germs while keeping the antibody activity of the milk, provide an immunoactivating agent containing the disinfected antibody-containing as an active component and provide a food, drink, etc., mixed with the antibody-containing milk.

The antibody-containing milk is drawn from an animal of the family Bovidae sensitized with one or more antigens selected from pathogens and their metabolic products to cause the formation of antibody in the body. The disinfection treatment of the antibody-containing milk is carried out by defatting the milk and filtering with a microfilter composed of a filter membrane made of fine ceramic particles, having filter pores and having a thickness of 40-150 μm and a substrate supporting the membrane.
