Abstract:
To provide a method for continuously dispersing hydrogen into a liquid solvent, for a long period of time in a state exceeding a saturated dissolution amount under a standard atmospheric pressure, specifically in which the liquid solvent to disperse the hydrogen is a liquid solvent capable of serving as a beverage liquid or a raw material thereof, the method capable of excellently dispersing a large amount of hydrogen of ultrafine bubbles in the liquid solvent for a long period of time.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for dispersing hydrogen into a liquid solvent for beverage, exceeding a saturated dissolution amount under a standard atmospheric pressure. The method includes: pressurization adjustment means for pressurizing such that a pressure P in a closed space filled with hydrogen becomes 0.28 MPa≤P; gas permeation means formed with a gas permeation film composed of a porous film made of polypropylene, and partitioning the liquid solvent and the hydrogen. Through the gas permeation film, the hydrogen is dispersed in a state independent from a liquid phase in a form of ultrafine bubbles with a particle diameter 1000 nm or smaller in the liquid solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
