Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve drawing capability of microblood vessels in the Doppler power mode.
CONSTITUTION: An operating part 11 for self-correlation and others outputs Doppler power data P and a shade-adding part-extracting part 21 extracts the left side part of the contour of an ultrasonic image from the Doppler power data P. A data value-converting part 22 converts the data value of the extracted shade adding part to the data value corresponding to the shade and also converts the data value except the shade adding part to the value except the data value corresponding to the shade. An image can be seen three-dimentionally thereby to facilitate diagnosis. Especially, in an ultrasonic image of the Doppler power mode, the blood vessels can be seen three-dimentionally and even microblood vessels can visually and clearly be recognized.
