Abstract:
To use a waste plastic as a heat source for a drying oven of dust or fine ore and use an unburned char as a reducing agent.
Hot air is made by burning a waste plastic at 700-1,100°C, and used as a heat source for drying apparatuses 2 and 6. An unburned char is collected in dust separators 3 and 7, mixed in dust or iron ore after drying and used as a reducing agent.
