Abstract:
To allow organochlorine compounds not to be included in flue gas in drying of waste containing organic materials or carbon-containing compounds and chlorine compounds.
Waste 2 and a heating medium 5 are put into a drying vessel 1b, and dried waste 9 and flue gas 10 are discharged therefrom. Inner temperature of the drying vessel 1b is controlled in the range of normal temperature to 350°C or lower, or the inner temperature of the drying vessel 1b is controlled in the range of normal temperature to 350°C or lower, and surface temperature of substances to be dried inside the drying vessel 1b is controlled at 200°C or lower.
