PURPOSE: To form an embroidered pattern having a voluminous appearance by fixing embroidery window-having plates capable of being mutually exchanged or superposed to holding frames, setting webs on the fixed plates, applying embroidering treatments to the set webs with a sewing machine, superposing the embroidered webs on each other together with the plates, and subsequently removing the unnecessary parts of the webs.
CONSTITUTION: A method for embroidering comprises fixing embroidery window- opened plates capable of being mutually exchanged or superposed to holding frames, fixing webs such as cloths or films to the surfaces of the plates, attaching the holding frames to horizontally movable embroidery tables, subjecting the webs to prescribed embroidery treatments with a sewing machine, superposing the embroidered webs on each other together with the plates, binding the embroidery patterns to each other by a means such as a sewing means, and subsequently removing the unnecessary parts of the webs, thus obtaining an applique-like web bound to the embroidery applied to the other web or leaving only the embroidery pattern as a main body.
