Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the term of works and reduce cost by improving operating efficiency by continuously conducting the connecting works of the connecting section of a bridge girder and the post-treatment works and liftup works of the connecting section in a jack-up frame at the time of the assembly of the bridge girder in a method of the rotational installation of a bridge beam.
SOLUTION: The next unit blocks are carried under a beforehand assembled and lifted bridge girder 1 in a continuable manner, the main-girder webs W of these connecting sections are bolt-joined through splice plates 3, main-girder flanges F are bolt-connected through erection piece-splice plates, and welding robots 21 installed into a jack-up frame 5 are moved and the grooves of the connecting sections are welded. A post-treatment robot 22 mounted into the frame 5 is shifted and post-treatment such as the inspection of welding sections, the cutting of erection pieces, the surface treatment of welding sections, etc., is conducted, the unit blocks unified with upper sections are lifted up by jack-up devices 6, and a process is repeated at every unit block successively carried into the frame 5 and the bridge girder 1 is built up.
