Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable speaking, the provision of information and the collection of information or the like without necessity for both a transmitter and a recipient to pay call tariffs by recognizing the personal data of the transmitter and enabling two-way information communication mutual between the transmitter and an advertiser.
SOLUTION: When the transmitter has inputted input data to an advertisement station 4, member data are collated by a member data storage and collating means 6. Afterwards, these member data are compared with information stored in an advertisement storage means 8 and information provision or the like is performed to the transmitter. When a response confirming means 9 confirms the caller receives the information provision or the like, a communication line between the transmitter and the recipient is connected. After the communication line is connected, the frequency of speaking is stored at the advertisement station by a frequency detecting means 10.
