To provide a method and equipment for desulfurization of a circulating fluidized-bed furnace in which a furnace temperature is not lowered by the charge of desulfurization agent, and the fuel economy and waste gas properties can be improved.
In the desulfurization method for the circulation fluidized bed furnace, sulfur oxides in the furnace is removed by directly charging a desulfurization agent in the furnace. The desulfurization agent 20 is charged from an opening in the downstream side of a seal air feed part 15 at an observation hole 10a provided in an optionally selected position on the furnace 1, and the agent 20 is reacted with sulfur oxides produced by a combustion reaction to remove the sulfur oxides. The observation window 10a is provided in the circulating fluidized sand reflux path 7 positioned between the outlet of a seal pot 6 and the inlet of a riser 2.
