Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the regular rolling by appropriately moving a separation cam plate to return a table roll to be detached from a lower part of a traveling working truck to the position of the prescribed rolling line.
SOLUTION: A cam plate 2 of a traveling working truck 1 of rough bar is of the structure capable of separating a cam plate 2b on a rough bar outlet side from a cam plate 2a on a body side. As the separated cam plate 2b is elevated, cam rolls 4b, 4c are also elevated, and table rolls 3b, 3c linked thereto are moved upward and returned to the original position. In this condition, the distance between a holding roll 10 and a table roll 3d in the traveling working truck enables a rough bar to be received by the table rolls 3b, 3c before sagging of a tip part of the rough bar is generated, and no problems are generated.
