PURPOSE: To obtain main information at a receiving side by transmitting all digit signals to compose the main information from a sending side through a transmitting circuit to normally function to the receiving side, and executing a logic operation to obtain the true value of the main information in lining up digits.
CONSTITUTION: When data to be transmitted are erred, a bit information transmitting circuit not to normally function is specified, and abnormal transmitting circuit information is prepared. From the transmitting side, the information to be transmitted previous time is loaded and transmitted in being shifted by the prescribed number of bits in one direction to the transmitting circuit. Such an action is executed until every bit information is loaded on the transmitting circuit to normally function. At the receiving side, the information is received before and after the shift, the information received after the shift in the information is logic-operated with the abnormal transmitting circuit information, the result is returned in the direction reverse to the previous time in being shifted by the prescribed number of bits, and a digit correction true value digit signal is obtained. The information received before the shift is also logic- operated with the abnormal transmitting circuit information, the result and digit correction true value digit signal are further logic-operated, and the true value of the main information is obtained at the receiving side.
